Tan’s journey into the real estate industry began after successful tenures in manufacturing and finance. Early in his career, he gained invaluable experience at General Motors, where he managed manufacturing operations for heavy-duty equipment and military components. At Boeing, he spearheaded quality improvement programs for major assemblies of commercial jetliners and military aircraft, showcasing his knack for precision and operational excellence.

A transition into the financial sector at Citibank and later Bank of America allowed Tan to develop his expertise in structuring and approving complex transactions. These roles sharpened his strategic thinking and provided him with insights into the financial underpinnings of successful businesses.

In 1999, Tan joined Corcoran as Vice President for Website Development, where he helped create an affiliate model for a Corcoran spin-off and structured a pivotal investment from Colony Capital. This experience ignited his passion for blending real estate and technology to deliver impactful solutions.

For the past 24 years at Gabriels Technology Solutions, Tan has been at the forefront of the company’s global expansion, overseeing operations that now span the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He has cultivated and managed relationships with some of the most prominent national and international clients, ensuring that their technology solutions not only meet but exceed their business needs.
